Grito ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use any of our iOS apps, including Grito Golf, Grito Bowl, and other Grito-branded applications.
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier. We do not receive your name or email unless you choose to share them. Your account is shared across all Grito apps.
Videos: Videos you record or upload are stored securely on our servers for analysis. They are associated with your account and are not shared with other users.
Analysis Data: AI-generated analysis results are stored with your account so you can review your history.
We use your data solely to provide AI coaching analysis, maintain your analysis history, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your videos are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 with encryption. Your account and analysis data are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
When you submit a video for analysis, our apps extract individual frames from your video and send them to a third-party AI service for automated coaching analysis. The data sent includes only video frame images. No personal information, account details, or identifying data is attached to these frames. Frames are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider after analysis is complete.
Analysis credits are shared across all Grito apps. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We store a record of credits purchased and used but do not store payment information.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at gritogolfapp@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request. You can also delete your account directly within any Grito app.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of any Grito app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
